作为出海公司独立站运营团队的实习生，您将协助团队进行独立站的日常运营、数据分析和营销执行工作，在实践中深度学习跨境电商独立站的完整业务链条。这是一个难得的机会，让您能够接触近20亿体量的生意盘子，在专业团队的指导下快速成长。本职位要求具备良好的英文能力、学习能力及数据敏感度。

核心职责

运营支持：协助独立站的日常运营工作，包括商品上架、页面内容更新、活动页面搭建等基础运营工作；

数据分析：收集整理网站运营数据，协助完成日报/周报/月报，通过数据分析发现问题并提出优化建议；

营销协助：参与广告投放、EDM、KOL合作等营销活动的执行工作，学习各类营销渠道的运营逻辑；

用户体验优化：协助收集用户反馈，参与网站购物流程、页面布局等用户体验优化项目；

竞品调研：跟踪竞品动态，整理竞品分析报告，为运营策略提供参考；

项目协调：配合开发、设计、供应链等团队完成运营需求的落地执行；

内容运营：协助完成站内营销内容的策划和执行，参与季度性大促活动的筹备工作；

学习成长：在导师指导下，系统学习独立站运营的核心模块，包括选品、定价、流量、转化等。

职位要求

学历背景：本科及以上在读或应届毕业生，市场营销、电子商务、国际贸易等相关专业优先；

语言能力：英语CET-6或同等水平，能够阅读和撰写英文文档，有小语种能力加分；

基础能力：

熟练使用Excel/Google Sheets进行数据处理和分析 具备基本的PPT制作和文案撰写能力 了解电商运营基础知识，对跨境电商有浓厚兴趣 软技能：

逻辑思维清晰，对数据有敏感度 学习能力强，愿意快速学习新知识和技能 责任心强，注重细节，执行力好 具备良好的沟通协作能力和团队合作精神 加分项：

有电商平台（淘宝/京东/亚马逊等）实习或实践经验 有独立站、Shopify等平台使用经验 有海外学习或生活经历 对消费电子、智能硬件等产品有兴趣和了解 实习收获

深度参与出海头部公司的独立站运营全链条 系统学习DTC商业模式和精细化运营方法论 接触真实的大体量业务场景和数据 获得资深运营经理的一对一指导 表现优秀者有转正机会 实习要求

每周至少4天，能够实习3-6个月 可尽快到岗者优先
