1.协助BMS硬件需求的收集、需求拆解和可行性评估，参与方案设计讨论； 2.参与硬件电路原理图设计、器件选型及验证，协助PCB Layout设计与评审； 3.跟进生产与市场侧硬件相关品质问题，协助客户的技术支持工作； 4.参与硬件标准化与模块化设计，学习制定硬件电路设计规范，协助维护失效案例库和问题列表； 5.参与行业设计方案调研、竞品分析及部门关键技术专题研究，与团队共同提升技术能力。

1.本科/硕士应届毕业生，电子工程、自动化、电气工程等相关专业； 2.有相关课程、硬件项目、竞赛或实习经历者优先； 3.熟悉或有兴趣学习Altium Designer、Cadence等硬件电路开发工具及PSPICE仿真方法； 4.对电子器件特性有基础了解，愿意学习主流品牌器件，如兆易MCU、TI AFE等； 5.对EMC、环境和安规调试有基础认识或学习意愿； 6.有便携储能、家用储能相关项目或实习经验者优先； 7.具备责任心和学习动力，良好的沟通协作能力，愿与团队共同成长。
