安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1、先进工艺SRAM存算电路全定制设计，包括SRAM macro外围电路及乘加MAC电路的设计、优化、验证； 2、对SRAM存算电路各个组件进行MOS级仿真，协同Top Level，确保PPA等各个维度满足设计需求； 3、与Layout工程师合作，完成存算电路版图设计； 4、对存算电路进行verilog建模； 5、生成存算电路各种Design Kits的交付件并进行QA。

1、微电子、集成电路、电子科学与技术、电子信息等相关专业硕士或博士27-28届毕业生； 2、掌握模拟电路、半导体器件、数字电路基础知识，了解 MOS 器件特性与失配来源，具有全定制电路设计能力； 3、有 Linux 环境使用经验，了解或使用过 Cadence / Synopsys MOS级别设计工具中至少一项者优先； 4、熟悉 Python / Shell / Perl / SKILL 中至少一种脚本语言； 5、逻辑清晰、主动钻研，具备良好的沟通与文档表达能力。
