Mansioni principali

  • Ricezione, identificazione, movimentazione e stoccaggio di materiali e merci.
  • Utilizzo del carrello elevatore per le attività di carico, scarico e movimentazione interna.
  • Gestione operativa del magazzino nel rispetto delle procedure e degli standard qualitativi EN9100.
  • Controllo della merce in entrata e verifica della documentazione e dei certificati dei materiali.
  • Registrazione dei movimenti di magazzino tramite sistemi gestionali e strumenti informatici.
  • Preparazione, imballaggio e spedizione della merce secondo le procedure aziendali.
  • Gestione delle giacenze e supporto alle attività di inventario.
  • Garantire la tracciabilità dei materiali e il rispetto delle procedure documentali.
  • Commissioni, ritiri e consegne presso clienti, fornitori e partner tramite veicoli aziendali.
  • Supporto operativo alle attività logistiche e organizzative dell'azienda.
  • Esecuzione di piccoli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e attività pratiche all'interno dello stabilimento.
  • Collaborazione con i reparti Produzione, Qualità e Acquisti.
  • Mantenimento dell'ordine e della pulizia delle aree di lavoro.
  • Rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e delle procedure aziendali.

Competenze richieste

  • Esperienza comprovata come Magazziniere in contesti industriali o manifatturieri.
  • Possesso del patentino per l'utilizzo del carrello elevatore.
  • Conoscenza ed esperienza pratica di processi e procedure secondo certificazione EN9100.
  • Esperienza nella gestione della documentazione, dei certificati materiali e della tracciabilità.
  • Capacità di lavorare nel rispetto di procedure definite e standard qualitativi elevati.
  • Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e software gestionali.
  • Buona manualità e disponibilità a svolgere attività operative diversificate.
  • Precisione, affidabilità e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia sia in team.
  • Buone capacità organizzative e di problem solving.

Requisiti preferenziali

  • Esperienza nel settore della meccanica di precisione, aerospaziale o in altri contesti industriali altamente regolamentati.
  • Esperienza nella preparazione e nell'imballaggio di componenti meccanici di precisione.
  • Esperienza maturata nel mercato svizzero.
  • Conoscenza della lingua tedesca e/o francese.
  • Patente di guida categoria B.
  • Disponibilità immediata.
