Our services include a comprehensive range of planning, strategic, facility, real estate, and capital solutions which are focused on helping our clients maximize the construction and delivery, operational and financial performance of their real estate portfolios and capital investments.

  • Requirements: Technical expertise, including Critical Thinking, Problem Solving and Specialized Knowledge The Managing Director will work with the Senior Managing Director to set strategy for the group, lead major client engagements, develop brand and marketing collateral, direct business development efforts, and manage the group. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management with requisite consulting experience Experience: 10 years minimum experience in Construction Management, Project Controls or Capital Project consulting focused on strategic facilities master planning, service line planning, and business and data analytics for large construction projects or capital projects.Ideal candidate will have Construction Management and Project Control experience and experience managing and growing a Project Controls team. Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Strategic thinking, leadership (business acumen/empathy/mentoring), client management skills. Provides strategic recommendations for project/group and overall business that will directly impact achievement of resultsSees broadest applications and future direction of current products and solutions beyond immediate and intended useQuickly identifies/implements innovative ideas and technologies to meet business demands Specialized KnowledgeIdentifies, advances and closes on opportunities at new and existing clientsPromotes new or expanded service offerings inside and outside the FirmUnderstands core services provided by all Ankura practices and can recommend solutions and resources outside of team/practice Client – Relationships and Project ManagementMonitors and ensures client satisfaction with overall service and quality of deliverablesEstablishes an expectation for high quality standards for self/(team) in all aspects of client relationship/sales cycleExpands relationships to highest level of client organizationDefines a compelling value proposition aligned with the client’s challenges and needsAdheres to engagement acceptance process within established policies and time framesDefines strategy and manages multiple and/or complex engagementsManages within prescribed budgetsFirm – Network Building & Corporate CitizenshipTakes a leadership role in professional or community organizations and promotes a positive image of the FirmWrites and presents on topics of interest to clients and industry peers (thought leadership, including white papers, webinars, conferences, journal papers, etc.)Recognized internally and/or externally as an expert in one’s field.
