Sie haben Eigentümergemeinschaften durch hitzige Versammlungen geführt, Sanierungen über die Ziellinie gebracht und Erneuerungsfonds aufgebaut, die heute noch tragen. Diese Erfahrung lässt sich in keinem Kurs lernen. Sie ist das Ergebnis jahrzehntelanger Praxis – und genau darauf setzen wir.

Zusammen mit uns bleiben Sie am Ball – so viel und so oft, wie Sie möchten. Keine grossen Portfolios, kein Pflichtprogramm. Sondern einzelne Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften, die Sie mit Ihrer ganzen Erfahrung und in Ihrem Tempo begleiten.

ANMAT ImmoTreuhand AG ist eine Boutique\-Immobilienbewirtschafterin mit Hauptsitz in Küssnacht am Rigi und einem Standort in Pfäffikon SZ – spezialisiert auf Stockwerkeigentum in der Innerschweiz. Im Generationenwechsel erneuern wir unsere digitale und prozessuale Basis mit Augenmass und entwickeln uns weiter – werden Sie ein Teil davon.

Ihr Wirkungsfeld

  • Sie betreuen einzelne, ausgewählte Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften im Kanton Schwyz. Wo Sie tätig werden, besprechen wir gemeinsam.
  • Sie bereiten Eigentümerversammlungen vor, leiten sie mit Ruhe und Souveränität und begleiten die Umsetzung von gefassten Beschlüssen.
  • Sie begleiten Unterhalt und Sanierungen, beraten zum Erneuerungsfonds und stehen den Verwaltungsausschüssen als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Seite.
  • Sie geben Ihr Know\-how an unsere junge Generation von Bewirtschafterinnen und Bewirtschaftern weiter – im gemeinsamen Mandat, an der Versammlung und im täglichen Austausch.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Sichtweise bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Abläufe und Arbeitsmittel ein. Denn Sie wissen aus Erfahrung, was sich in der Praxis bewährt.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Stockwerkeigentum
  • Sicherheit in Versammlungsführung, Reglementen und Stockwerkeigentumsrecht
  • Gelassenheit, wenn es emotional wird, und das Geschick, alle Beteiligten mitzunehmen
  • Freude daran, Wissen zu teilen und junge Kolleginnen und Kollegen in ihrer Entwicklung zu begleiten
  • Offenheit für neue Arbeitsweisen und digitale Hilfsmittel. Bei der Einarbeitung unterstützen wir Sie selbstverständlich.
