ANNA Autism Care is hiring experienced, dedicated Senior Behavior Therapists (Sr. BTs) to deliver expert-level therapy to children with Autism using the Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. Senior BTs combine advanced clinical practice with peer coaching, mentorship, and support for ANNA’s clinical quality initiatives.

As the highest level of ANNA’s Behavior Therapist career ladder, this role connects hands-on clinical care with opportunities for leadership development. Working under the guidance of a BCBA or Clinical Director, Senior BTs model clinical excellence, support fellow therapists, and exemplify ANNA’s core values through professionalism, expertise, and leadership.

WHAT ANNA AUTISM CARE OFFERS:

- Pay & Benefits: starts at $50,000 to $52,000 annnual pay; Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, and paid time off.

- Clinic-Based Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. No evenings, no weekends.

- Leadership & Mentorship Opportunities: Coach BT1–BT3 staff, model high-quality therapy practices, and help onboard and train new employees.

- Advanced Clinical Experience: Deliver expert-level NDBI interventions while contributing to client assessments, clinical quality initiatives, and collaborative care.

- Training & Clinical Support: Participate in training, supervision, and competency evaluations with guidance from BCBAs and Clinical Directors.

- Career Development: Grow at the highest level of ANNA’s Behavior Therapist career ladder, with opportunities to develop leadership and mentoring skills.

- Collaborative Team Culture: Work alongside a team guided by ANNA’s core values of Growth, Excellent Care, Kindness, Inclusion, and Teamwork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based NDBI approaches, working independently under BCBA guidance while maintaining consistent clinical quality.

- Follow prescribed behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition protocols with high fidelity. Achieve 90% fidelity in intervention implementation across three clients, as assessed through observation by a BCBA or Clinical Director.

- Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition using approved electronic data systems.

- Assist with client assessments and communicate client progress, behavioral trends, and skill mastery to BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and fellow team members. Report progress according to BCBA guidance.

- Lead peer mentorship, fidelity modeling, and training initiatives for BT1–BT3 staff.

- Support onboarding and training activities for new employees.

- Prepare and organize therapy materials, spaces, and session environments to promote client engagement and maintain a safe, positive atmosphere.

- Assist with client transitions while maintaining professional boundaries, clinical integrity, and a calm, organized therapy environment.

- Facilitate clinic initiatives, organize circle time sessions, and coordinate group activities.

- Support daily clinic operations by maintaining clean, organized spaces, preparing necessary materials, and assisting staff as needed.

- Participate actively in all required training, supervision, and competency evaluations.

- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all ANNA privacy policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education: Either a bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience working with children.

- Experience: Strong performance and fidelity record.

- Advanced Clinical Competence: Demonstrated understanding of NDBI principles, advanced data collection skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality services independently under BCBA guidance.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Strong leadership and peer coaching skills, with the ability to model effective clinical practices and support fellow therapists.

- Collaboration & Professionalism: Ability to work effectively within a team, incorporate feedback productively, and maintain a proactive, professional approach.

- Required Certification & Training: CPR certification, HIPAA training, and Mandated Reporter training are required.

- ANNA Training: Completion of ANNA Autism Care’s BT Training Program is mandatory.

- Reliability: Consistently meet attendance, punctuality, and communication expectations.

PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS:

- Attendance & Punctuality: Arrive on time, ready to work, and prepared for all assigned sessions. Notify your supervisor at least two hours in advance when running late or unable to attend a scheduled shift. More than two unexcused absences or three tardy occurrences within a 90-day period may result in corrective action.

- Communication & Schedule Awareness: Check all communication channels multiple times daily, respond promptly, and monitor your work schedule throughout the day for changes. Employees are responsible for staying informed and arriving on time; failure to review communications is not an acceptable reason for missed updates or shifts.

- Professional Conduct: Maintain professionalism in appearance, language, and demeanor. Treat clients, families, and colleagues respectfully, and follow ANNA’s confidentiality, ethical, and conduct standards at all times.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
