The posting

Hos Melius Husene søger vi en pædagogisk nattevagt til en fast stilling.

Vi søger en kollega, der trives med ansvaret og roen om natten, og som samtidig har forståelse for, at en nattevagt hos os både består af omsorg, pædagogisk støtte og praktiske opgaver.

Om jobbet

Som nattevagt er du med til at skabe tryghed og ro gennem natten. Du skal kunne være nærværende og handle, hvis en borger har brug for støtte, samtidig med at du kan arbejde selvstændigt og bevare overblikket.

I løbet af natten vil der også være forskellige praktiske opgaver. Det kan blandt andet være at bage boller til huset og udføre lettere rengøringsopgaver, så huset er klar til en ny dag.

Når morgenen begynder, er du med til at hjælpe borgerne godt i gang med dagen. Det kan eksempelvis indebære personlig støtte og omsorg, herunder hjælp til bad, påklædning og øvrige morgenrutiner.

Arbejdet som nattevagt er derfor en kombination af at skabe en rolig og tryg nat, løse de praktiske opgaver og sikre en god overgang fra nat til morgen.

· tager ansvar for de praktiske opgaver, der hører til nattevagten

· bidrager positivt til samarbejdet med dine kolleger og til den fælles hverdag
