Mission principale

Assurer en autonomie les opérations horlogères T0, T1 et T2, ainsi que le diagnostic, la révision et la réparation des montres en service après-vente. Garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et la conformité des mouvements et des montres Vulcain, notamment des calibres mécaniques à complications.

Responsabilités principales

T0 – Préparation et garnissage

• Préparer et garnir les platines, ponts et composants de mouvements.

• Réaliser le chassage des pierres, goupilles et éléments associés selon les plans et instructions.

• Effectuer le prémontage de sous-ensembles, les ajustages et les contrôles de conformité.

T1 – Assemblage des mouvements

• Assembler intégralement les mouvements mécaniques manuels et automatiques.

• Réaliser la lubrification, les réglages, la mise au point et les contrôles de marche et d’amplitude.

• Assembler et contrôler les fonctions à complications, notamment les mécanismes de réveil.

• Identifier et corriger les défauts techniques rencontrés lors de l’assemblage.

T2 – Habillage et emboîtage

• Effectuer la pose des cadrans et des aiguilles ainsi que l’emboîtage des mouvements.

• Monter les éléments d’habillage et réaliser les contrôles esthétiques et fonctionnels.

• Effectuer les contrôles d’étanchéité et les vérifications finales selon les procédures.

Service après-vente (SAV)

• Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et rechercher leurs causes.

• Démonter, nettoyer, réviser, réparer et remonter les mouvements.

• Remplacer ou ajuster les composants défectueux, régler et contrôler les montres après intervention.

• Assurer la traçabilité des travaux et signaler les problèmes récurrents.

Qualité et collaboration

• Appliquer les standards qualité et les instructions techniques de la manufacture.

• Lire les plans et nomenclatures, documenter les anomalies et proposer des améliorations.

• Collaborer avec la production, la qualité et les partenaires techniques.

Profil recherché

Formation et expérience

• CFC d’horloger ou formation jugée équivalente.

• Expérience confirmée en assemblage complet de mouvements et en SAV.

• Maîtrise pratique des opérations T0, T1 et T2.

• Expérience sur mouvements à complications ou calibres réveil appréciée.

Compétences et qualités

• Excellente dextérité, précision, rigueur et sens du détail.

• Autonomie en diagnostic, réglage, réparation et contrôle horloger.

• Lecture de plans techniques et utilisation des moyens de mesure et de contrôle.

• Polyvalence, esprit d’équipe et capacité à transmettre son savoir-faire.
