Requirements

*Licenciatura en curso o concluida en Contabilidad *Experiencia de 1 año en actividades contables, cuentas por pagar, comprobación de gastos o funciones similares. *Nociones de los requisitos fiscales aplicables a la deducibilidad de gastos y de los requisitos básicos de los CFDI. *Manejo de Excel a nivel básico-intermedio. *Capacidad para trabajar con volúmenes importantes de información y documentación. *Organización, atención al detalle y seguimiento de pendientes. *Facilidad para comunicarse con diferentes usuarios y solicitar documentación de manera oportuna.

Activities

*Registro contable de los gastos realizados mediante tarjetas de crédito corporativas. *Revisión y seguimiento de las comprobaciones de gastos efectuadas por los usuarios de las tarjetas corporativas. *Validación de que los comprobantes y CFDI cumplan con los requisitos fiscales básicos para su deducibilidad. *Identificación de gastos sin comprobante, CFDI incorrectos, gastos no deducibles o documentación incompleta. *Conciliación de los movimientos registrados en los estados de cuenta de las tarjetas de crédito contra las comprobaciones presentadas. *Seguimiento con los usuarios para obtener facturas, comprobantes y documentación pendiente. *Elaboración de reportes de gastos pendientes de comprobar y seguimiento hasta su regularización.
