Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation and Storage
  • Position Title: Customer Service Officer
  • Working Location: Airline Road
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) (After probation alternate Saturday)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical & Dental Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance on shipment and delivery matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on customer requests and resolve service issues.
  • Provide shipment status updates and assist with delivery arrangements.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
  • Prepare and update customer service reports and related documentation.
  • Follow up on outstanding enquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with shipping documentation, customs clearance and last-mile delivery coordination.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Experienced in customer service or data entry.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of shipping documentation, customs clearance and last-mile delivery is an advantage.
  • Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
