Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction of Buildings
  • Position Title: Site Engineer (Civil / RC Works)
  • Working Location: Depend on the project
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days / Alternate Sat (M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical & Dental Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Project Manager / Project Manager in managing daily construction activities.
  • Monitor site progress to ensure work follows the project schedule.
  • Coordinate with clients and site teams to ensure work complies with specifications and drawings.
  • Conduct and attend site inspections.
  • Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and site mobilisation.
  • Assist in planning construction sequences, resources, and manpower requirements.
  • Maintain project databases, records, and construction documents.
  • Prepare progress updates, cost estimates, and project reports.
  • Review construction drawings, calculate material quantities, and prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
  • Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience in Singapore, preferably in civil engineering or reinforced concrete (RC) works.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at different stages.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
