The posting

Pour une société active dans la distribution et la gestion de produits techniques à destination de professionnels, nous recherchons un Responsable Logistique afin de superviser les activités quotidiennes et d’encadrer une équipe de magasiniers.

La fonction combine management d’équipe et présence opérationnelle sur le terrain. Vous organisez l’activité, garantissez la fiabilité des flux et participez aux opérations lorsque nécessaire.

Vous êtes responsable du bon fonctionnement quotidien du Département logistique et de l’organisation des flux entrants et sortants.

Vous :

  • organisez et répartissez le travail quotidien de l’équipe ;
  • coordonnez les réceptions, le stockage, la préparation des commandes et les expéditions ;
  • veillez à la conformité des marchandises reçues et expédiées ;
  • garantissez une organisation claire et efficace des différentes zones de stockage ;
  • supervisez la gestion des stocks et les inventaires ;
  • veillez à la fiabilité des mouvements de marchandises ;
  • suivez les indicateurs logistiques : taux d'erreur, fiabilité des stocks ;
  • coordonnez les chargements et déchargements avec les transporteurs ;
  • assurez le respect des procédures internes et des règles de sécurité ;
  • veillez au bon état et à la disponibilité des équipements de manutention ;
  • garantissez un espace propre, structuré et correctement organisé ;
  • collaborez avec les différents services internes, les fournisseurs et les transporteurs ;
  • identifiez les anomalies opérationnelles et prenez les mesures nécessaires ;
  • accompagnez votre équipe dans son fonctionnement quotidien et veillez au respect des consignes et des priorités.

Le poste reste très opérationnel : vous êtes capable de renforcer directement votre équipe sur les différentes activités du magasin lorsque la situation le nécessite.
