Stå i spidsen for udviklingen af en kompleks nordisk Supply-funktion.

På vegne af Antalis A/S søger Compass Human Resources Group en erfaren Supply & Demand Manager, som kan drive udviklingen af en moderne og datadrevet supply-funktion på tværs af Skandinavien.

Som en international B2B-handelsvirksomhed med en markedsledende position inden for Paper, Packaging og Visual Communication, er Antalis i gang med en ambitiøs udviklingsrejse, hvor processer, samarbejde og organisatorisk effektivitet løbende optimeres. I denne rolle får du en central placering i organisationen og bliver en vigtig sparringspartner for både ledelse, kommercielle funktioner og operationelle teams.

Rollen

Som Supply & Demand Manager hos Antalis A/S får du det overordnede ansvar for at sikre høj leveringssikkerhed, optimale lagerniveauer og et velfungerende set-up på tværs af Danmark, Norge og Sverige.

Du refererer til Antalis’ regionale Supply Chain Director og får ledelsesansvar for et skandinavisk team med medarbejdere placeret i Danmark og Sverige.

Dine primære ansvarsområder bliver blandt andet at:

  • Drive og videreudvikle Supply & Demand Planning-processer
  • Skabe transparens og beslutningsgrundlag gennem forecast, analyser og performanceopfølgning
  • Sikre et stærkt samspil med stakeholders i den øvrige værdikæde
  • Videreudvikle S&OP-processer og understøtte databaserede beslutninger
  • Lede og udvikle et skandinavisk team af plannere
  • Identificere og gennemføre forbedringsinitiativer inden for processer, systemer og operationel effektivitet
  • Bidrage aktivt til den organisatoriske udvikling af funktionen på tværs af lande og lokationer

Du vil have dit udgangspunkt på Antalis’ Vejle lokation og besøge de øvrige lokationer regelmæssigt. Forvent 10-15 rejsedage årligt.

Din profil

Du kommer sandsynligvis fra en BtB virksomhed med høj kompleksitet, mange SKU’er og betydelige vareflows, hvor forecast, lageroptimering og supply planning er afgørende for forretningens succes.

Det kan eksempelvis være fra en større grossist-, distributions-, retail- eller FMCG-virksomhed.

Vi forestiller oss, at du:

  • Har solid erfaring med Supply Planning, Demand Planning eller Integrated Business Planning
  • Har ledelseserfaring og trives med at udvikle mennesker og teams
  • Er vant til at arbejde databaseret og træffe beslutninger på baggrund af analyser og KPI’er
  • Har erfaring med S&OP-processer
  • Trives i en rolle med mange interessenter på tværs af funktioner og lande
  • Behersker engelsk og et andet skandinavisk sprog på professionelt niveau

Erfaring og dokumenterede resultater vægtes højere end en bestemt uddannelsesmæssig baggrund.
