Poszukujemy doświadczonego Architekta Danych i AI, który będzie odpowiedzialny za projektowanie nowoczesnej architektury danych, rozwiązań analitycznych oraz komponentów AI/ML/GenAI w środowisku klasy enterprise. W tej roli będziesz współpracować z architektami domenowymi i biznesowymi, projektantami oraz zespołami HD/BI/ML, tworząc skalowalne, bezpieczne i nowoczesne platformy danych wspierające kluczowe procesy organizacji.

To stanowisko daje możliwość realnego wpływu na kierunek technologiczny, pracę z najnowszymi trendami w obszarze danych i AI oraz udział w projektowaniu rozwiązań o strategicznym znaczeniu.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Projektowanie architektury danych dla nowoczesnych systemów analitycznych, w tym rozwiązań czasu rzeczywistego
  • Definiowanie wzorców architektonicznych wspierających implementację AI/ML i GenAI
  • Zapewnianie spójności architektonicznej w projektach i inicjatywach rozwojowych
  • Analiza i rekomendacja technologii on‑premise oraz cloud (w tym cloud‑native)
  • Udział w ewaluacji nowych technologii i trendów rynkowych
  • Konsulting technologiczny dla zespołów HD/BI/ML
  • Projektowanie architektury Lakehouse oraz Data Mesh
  • Nadzór nad modelowaniem danych i projektowaniem przepływów danych
  • Projektowanie rozwiązań zgodnych z RODO, Data Governance i standardami bezpieczeństwa
  • Praca z platformami SAS 9.4 / SAS Viya
  • Współpraca z platformami danych Oracle / Exadata oraz nowoczesnymi platformami chmurowymi
  • Wspieranie praktyk DataOps i MLOps oraz integracji z CI/CD

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 7 lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu architektur danych, analityki i AI/ML
  • Umiejętność definiowania standardów architektonicznych i wspierania zespołów technicznych
  • Doświadczenie w architekturach cloud‑native i hybrydowych
  • Znajomość Lakehouse, Data Mesh, modelowania danych i projektowania data pipelines
  • Doświadczenie z GenAI/LLM i integracją z platformami danych
  • Znajomość RODO, Data Governance i architektury bezpieczeństwa
  • Znajomość SAS 9.4 / SAS Viya
  • Znajomość Oracle/Exadata lub nowoczesnych platform danych w chmurze
  • Znajomość DataOps, MLOps oraz CI/CD
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności analityczne i komunikacyjne

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie z platformami chmurowymi (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Znajomość narzędzi orkiestracji danych (Airflow, Data Factory, dbt)
  • Znajomość architektury mikroserwisowej
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu rozwiązań czasu rzeczywistego (streaming, event‑driven)
  • Znajomość narzędzi do monitoringu i observability
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia PoC i oceny technologii
  • Doświadczenie w środowiskach regulowanych
