The posting

AI Product Builder

We are partnering with an early-stage startup building AI-powered products from the ground up.

This is not a traditional product role. We're looking for a builder who enjoys exploring opportunities, testing ideas, and turning concepts into real products. You'll work closely with the founders to identify customer needs, validate assumptions, and rapidly bring new ideas to life using AI.

What You'll Do

  • Co-create product vision and strategy with the founders.
  • Identify market opportunities and validate customer problems.
  • Generate, prioritize, and test new product ideas.
  • Build MVPs, prototypes, and experiments using modern AI tools.
  • Use AI to accelerate product discovery and development.
  • Evaluate results and decide what to scale, improve, pivot, or stop.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Venture Building, or a related area.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building products.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
  • A bias toward experimentation, learning, and execution.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to create prototypes, automations, workflows, or MVPs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You do not need to be a software engineer or write production-grade code, but you should be excited about using AI to bring ideas to life quickly.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Startup or founder experience.
  • Experience launching digital products or SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, or Windsurf.
  • Experience taking products from idea to launch.
