Support innovative AI solutions that are transforming global operations.

We are looking for an AI Operations & Solutions Specialist to join a growing team focused on automation, operational excellence, and emerging technologies. This role combines stakeholder management, operational support, and exposure to AI-powered solutions that are used across international business functions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support operational processes powered by AI and automation solutions
  • Ensure stability and effectiveness of tools following releases and updates
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues
  • Deliver demonstrations and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain project and support tickets in JIRA
  • Communicate project updates and manage escalations when required
  • Support AI model training and deployment activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in operations, client support, or business support functions
  • Background in Financial Services, Banking, Investment Operations, or a related environment
  • Fluent English
  • Spanish would be an asset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in automation, AI technologies, and process improvement
