Poszukujemy AI Project Leada, który dołączy do projektu realizowanego dla dużej organizacji z sektora enterprise. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za koordynację inicjatyw związanych z rozwojem i wdrażaniem rozwiązań opartych o sztuczną inteligencję. Rola obejmuje prowadzenie pilotaży AI, współpracę z zespołami technicznymi i biznesowymi oraz wsparcie w budowie środowisk do testowania i prototypowania rozwiązań w chmurze.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Prowadzenie i koordynacja inicjatyw związanych z rozwojem oraz wdrażaniem rozwiązań AI.
  • Zarządzanie zależnościami pomiędzy równolegle prowadzonymi tematami technologicznymi.
  • Koordynacja estymacji zasobów technicznych i kompetencyjnych potrzebnych do realizacji pilotaży oraz wdrożeń.
  • Współudział w analizach techniczno-biznesowych związanych z planowaniem rozwiązań AI.
  • Organizacja i udział w warsztatach technicznych z zespołami projektowymi.
  • Planowanie zadań, ustalanie priorytetów oraz monitorowanie jakości i terminowości realizacji prac.
  • Koordynacja testów oraz wsparcie w identyfikacji i adresowaniu ryzyk (m.in. bezpieczeństwo IT, compliance, AI governance).
  • Współpraca z dostawcami zewnętrznymi zaangażowanymi w realizację projektów technologicznych.
  • Wsparcie procesu przenoszenia przetestowanych rozwiązań na środowiska produkcyjne.
  • Koordynacja działań związanych z utrzymaniem i rozwojem środowiska sandbox do testowania rozwiązań chmurowych.
  • Wsparcie zespołów developerskich w realizacji prototypów oraz PoC w środowisku chmurowym.
  • Monitorowanie kosztów środowisk pilotażowych i wsparcie działań optymalizacyjnych (FinOps).

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia jako Project Manager IT lub Technical Project Manager.
  • Doświadczenie w projektach chmurowych i AI (preferowany Azure, alternatywnie GCP).
  • Doświadczenie współpracy z architektami, zespołami developerskimi, DevOps oraz zespołami bezpieczeństwa.
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia kilku strumieni technicznych równolegle.
  • Umiejętność współpracy zarówno z interesariuszami biznesowymi, jak i zespołami technicznymi.
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy oraz samodzielność w działaniu.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2).

Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość usług i modeli AI (np. Azure AI, OpenAI, GCP AI). Podstawowa wiedza z zakresu AI Governance oraz Responsible AI. Doświadczenie w pracy w organizacjach regulowanych (np. sektor finansowy, ubezpieczeniowy).
