Poszukujemy doświadczonego Transformation Managera, który wesprze proces transformacji i unowocześnienia systemów legacy w środowisku farmaceutycznym. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za analizę procesów biznesowych, przygotowanie kompletnych specyfikacji wymagań oraz współpracę z zespołami projektowymi i dostawcami systemów IT w ramach nowych wdrożeń.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Analiza istniejących systemów legacy i identyfikacja obszarów wymagających refaktoryzacji lub zastąpienia nowymi rozwiązaniami
  • Prowadzenie analizy przedwdrożeniowej oraz mapowanie procesów biznesowych (as-is)
  • Projektowanie docelowych procesów biznesowych (to-be) zgodnie z najlepszymi praktykami i wymogami regulacyjnymi
  • Zbieranie, analiza i dokumentowanie wymagań biznesowych oraz systemowych
  • Określanie wymagań dotyczących danych, walidacji, raportowania i audytowalności
  • Opracowywanie kryteriów akceptacji oraz wsparcie testów (UAT) i walidacji systemów zgodnie z GxP
  • Współpraca z zespołami IT, QA, Compliance oraz dostawcami systemów
  • Udział w procesie wyboru dostawców i wsparcie postępowań przetargowych
  • Nadzór nad realizacją wymagań oraz zarządzanie zmianą (change control)
  • Koordynacja komunikacji między interesariuszami biznesowymi i technicznymi
  • Wsparcie procesu migracji danych (mapowanie, walidacja, jakość danych)

Wymagania

  • Doświadczenie w branży farmaceutycznej, medycznej lub pokrewnej (mile widziane)
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość procesów biznesowych w obszarze dystrybucji, logistyki lub zarządzania dokumentacją regulowaną
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami legacy (refaktoryzacja, migracja)
  • Nadzór nad realizacją wymagań
  • Monitorowanie implementacji i zgodności rozwiązań z wymaganiami biznesowymi, prowadzenie przeglądów dokumentacji projektowej, zarządzanie zmianami wymagań (change control) i zapewnienie integralności między dokumentacją a rzeczywistą konfiguracją systemu.
  • Koordynacja komunikacji między stronami projektu:Łączenie perspektywy biznesu i IT, tłumaczenie języka wymagań na język techniczny i odwrotnie. Współpraca z Product Ownerem, kierownikiem projektu, zespołami technicznymi i przedstawicielami dostawców.
  • Wspieranie procesu migracji danych:
  • Udział w definiowaniu strategii migracji danych ze starych systemów, opracowywanie wymagań dotyczących jakości danych, walidacji i mapowania między systemami.
  • Dokumentowanie i raportowanie postępów
  • Przygotowywanie regularnych raportów analitycznych i statusowych dla zespołu projektowego oraz kadry kierowniczej.
