AR Accountant

Zakres obowiązków

  • Monitorowanie i rozliczanie należności od klientów oraz analiza i uzgadnianie sald kont rozrachunkowych.
  • Współpraca z klientami w zakresie wyjaśniania różnic rozliczeniowych i kwestii związanych z płatnościami.
  • Obsługa procesów kompensat, przeksięgowań oraz innych operacji związanych z rozliczaniem należności.
  • Realizacja procesów zwrotów środków, w tym weryfikacja i przygotowywanie zwrotów manualnych oraz cyklicznych rozliczeń dokumentów korygujących.
  • Zarządzanie danymi kontrahentów w systemach firmowych oraz dbanie o ich aktualność.
  • Wyjaśnianie rozbieżności dotyczących not obciążeniowych i uznaniowych oraz monitorowanie ich rozliczenia.
  • Obsługa korespondencji wpływającej do zespołu i zapewnienie terminowej realizacji zgłoszeń.
  • Udział w audytach wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych oraz przygotowywanie wymaganej dokumentacji.
  • Wspieranie działań związanych z doskonaleniem kontroli wewnętrznych i ograniczaniem ryzyk finansowych.
  • Zaangażowanie w projekty usprawniające procesy finansowo-księgowe, w tym wdrożenia nowych narzędzi i procedur.
  • Współpraca z innymi działami organizacji oraz wsparcie przełożonego w bieżących zadaniach operacyjnych.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie średnie lub wyższe, preferowane kierunki związane z finansami, rachunkowością, ekonomią lub zarządzaniem.
  • Doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze należności (Accounts Receivable), księgowości lub finansów.
  • Praktyczna znajomość zasad prowadzenia rozrachunków z klientami i procesów związanych z obsługą należności.
  • Doświadczenie w uzgadnianiu kont, rozliczaniu kompensat oraz realizacji przeksięgowań.
  • Znajomość procesów związanych ze zwrotami płatności oraz obsługą dokumentów obciążeniowych i uznaniowych.
  • Podstawowa wiedza z zakresu kontroli wewnętrznej oraz współpracy przy audytach finansowych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość programu Excel; mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy z Power Query lub Power Pivot.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację w środowisku biznesowym (minimum poziom B1/B2).
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, dokładność oraz umiejętność współpracy z różnymi interesariuszami.
