Poszukujemy doświadczonego Architekta Korporacyjnego, który wesprze zespół w projektach integracyjnych i transformacyjnych IT w dużej organizacji z sektora finansowo-ubezpieczeniowego. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za prowadzenie due diligence IT, przygotowywanie wariantów integracyjnych, analiz kosztowo-synergicznych oraz utrzymanie ciągłości funkcji architektonicznej.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Prowadzenie due diligence IT oraz analiza architektury przejmowanych organizacji.
  • Przygotowywanie wariantów integracyjnych i analiz kosztowo-synergicznych.
  • Wsparcie w utrzymaniu ciągłości działania funkcji architektonicznej.
  • Odciążanie zespołu przy projektach wymagających pełnego zaangażowania architektonicznego.
  • Tworzenie rekomendacji strategicznych na podstawie analiz złożonej architektury.
  • Projektowanie rozwiązań opartych o hybrydową architekturę (on-premise, cloud).
  • Współpraca z zespołami biznesowymi i IT w procesach M&A oraz transformacji.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze architektury rozwiązań IT, w tym w integracji biznesowej i IT przedsiębiorstw.
  • Doświadczenie w projektach integracyjnych, akwizycyjnych i transformacyjnych (due diligence IT, integracja systemów, analiza synergii, mapowanie architektury przejmowanych organizacji).
  • Praktyczna znajomość procesu budowania Target Application Landscape po przejęciach.
  • Umiejętność analizy złożonej architektury i przekładania jej na rekomendacje strategiczne.
  • Umiejętność projektowania rozwiązań hybrydowych (on-premise, cloud).
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i organizacyjne.
  • Umiejętność tworzenia efektywnych wizji przyszłości i konsekwentnej realizacji celów.

Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość branży ubezpieczeniowej.
