Globalna organizacja technologiczna rozwijająca rozwiązania w obszarze automatyzacji procesów biznesowych poszukuje osób do zespołu inżynieryjnego. Zespół odpowiada za rozwój i utrzymanie krytycznych platform wspierających działanie usług biznesowych na dużą skalę, ze szczególnym naciskiem na dostępność, bezpieczeństwo i niezawodność systemów.

🔹 Kogo szukamy?

Poszukujemy 1 osoby na poziomie Mid (min. 3+ lata doświadczenia) oraz 1 osoby na poziomie Senior (min. 6+ lat doświadczenia).

🔹 Zakres obowiązków:

  • Współpraca z interesariuszami w celu identyfikacji procesów wymagających automatyzacji
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie wydajnych oraz odpornych rozwiązań automatyzujących
  • Eliminowanie manualnych działań w procesach wdrożeniowych (CI/CD)
  • Implementacja podejścia „security by default” (zarządzanie sekretami, least privilege, zarządzanie podatnościami)
  • Monitorowanie i optymalizacja procesów pod kątem wydajności i niezawodności
  • Tworzenie automatycznych testów dla wdrażanych rozwiązań
  • Współpraca z zespołem administratorów produktów przy rozwoju platformy

🔹 Wymagania (must-have):

  • Doświadczenie w automatyzacji z wykorzystaniem Ansible oraz integracji z pipeline’ami CI/CD (np. Jenkins)
  • Dobra znajomość języków skryptowych (np. Python, Go, Bash)
  • Umiejętności analityczne i rozwiązywania problemów
  • Znajomość metodyk Agile
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (praca w środowisku międzynarodowym)
  • Samodzielność oraz umiejętność pracy zespołowej
  • Dbałość o dokumentację i ownership

🔹 Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie z systemami opartymi o rozwiązania vendorowe
  • Znajomość jednego z obszarów: systemy transmisji plików (np. klasy enterprise MFT) środowiska mainframe (z/OS) narzędzia do orkiestracji zadań (np. Control-M)
  • Znajomość wymagań regulacyjnych i zarządzania ryzykiem w sektorze finansowym
