Rola łączy kompetencje techniczne i koordynacyjne — obejmuje ścisłą współpracę z biznesem, zespołami IT oraz partnerami zewnętrznymi, a także realny wpływ na rozwój rozwiązań wspierających operacje firmy.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

  • Utrzymanie oraz rozwój platformy workflow (aplikacje, procesy, formularze, raporty)
  • Pełnienie roli eksperta technicznego oraz wsparcie dla właściciela produktu
  • Definiowanie standardów implementacyjnych i utrzymaniowych dla rozwiązań na platformie
  • Udział w projektach rozwojowych – od koncepcji, przez wdrożenie, po stabilizację rozwiązania
  • Zarządzanie backlogiem oraz udział w planowaniu kierunków rozwoju platformy
  • Analiza i rozwój procesów biznesowych na podstawie wymagań użytkowników
  • Współpraca przy integracjach systemowych (konfiguracja, implementacja)
  • Zapewnienie stabilności działania systemu (2. linia wsparcia, analiza incydentów, monitoring)
  • Współpraca z zespołami technicznymi (infrastruktura, integracje, bezpieczeństwo)
  • Estymacja prac oraz wkład w przygotowanie uzasadnień biznesowych dla nowych inicjatyw
  • Koordynacja współpracy z dostawcami zewnętrznymi
  • Tworzenie i utrzymanie dokumentacji technicznej

Wymagania

  • Min. 3 lata doświadczenia w pracy z platformami klasy BPM / workflow
  • Doświadczenie w konfiguracji i utrzymaniu aplikacji procesowych (analiza błędów, debugging)
  • Doświadczenie w utrzymaniu systemów (rozwiązywanie incydentów i problemów)
  • Podstawowa znajomość baz danych oraz środowisk serwerowych (np. SQL, IIS)
  • Znajomość integracji systemów (API, REST/SOAP lub podobne rozwiązania)
  • Umiejętność pracy z wymaganiami biznesowymi (analiza, doprecyzowanie, dokumentacja)
  • Samodzielność oraz bardzo dobra komunikacja z biznesem i zespołami IT

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w organizacjach o złożonych procesach operacyjnych (np. produkcja, logistyka, projekty)
  • Podstawowa znajomość rozszerzeń i customizacji platform workflow (.NET / C# lub podobne)
  • Doświadczenie w rozwoju lub utrzymaniu systemów procesowych
  • Znajomość dobrych praktyk ITSM / ITIL
  • Certyfikacje związane z platformami workflow/BPM
