Dla naszego klienta z branży nowoczesnych usług biznesowych szukamy Business Analyst. W tym projekcie będziesz kluczowym ogniwem w projektach wdrażania oprogramowania e-procurement. Twoim zadaniem będzie nie tylko analiza wymagań, ale również doradztwo strategiczne dla klienta, aby w pełni wykorzystać potencjał platformy w procesach zakupowych.

Twoje zadania:

  • Udział w projektach wdrożeniowych nowoczesnego oprogramowania biznesowego.
  • Prowadzenie warsztatów, prezentacji oraz pokazów demo platformy e-procurement dla klientów.
  • Doradztwo procesowe: dopasowanie możliwości systemu do celów biznesowych klienta i tworzenie prototypów rozwiązań.
  • Zarządzanie wymaganiami: zbieranie, analiza i przekładanie potrzeb biznesowych na user stories oraz kryteria akceptacji.
  • Wsparcie techniczne: ocena wykonalności rozwiązań (standard vs. custom) i pełnienie roli łącznika między biznesem a zespołem technicznym.
  • Bliska współpraca z Product Ownerem klienta na każdym etapie projektu (Design, Build, Test, Hyper Care) zgodnie z metodologią Agile.
  • Współpraca z Project Managerem w zakresie planowania zadań i zarządzania zakresem projektu.

Nasze wymagania:

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku (mile widziane projekty wdrożeniowe narzędzi cyfrowych B2B typu low-code).
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2/C1) – swoboda w komunikacji biznesowej.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności prezentacyjne i umiejętność zarządzania relacjami z interesariuszami (stakeholder management).
  • Znajomość MS SQL (lub innych relacyjnych baz danych) na poziomie co najmniej średniozaawansowanym.
  • Analityczny umysł: umiejętność przekładania złożonych procesów biznesowych na konkretne rozwiązania systemowe.
  • Praktyczna znajomość Agile: doświadczenie w inżynierii wymagań, pracy z backlogiem oraz narzędziami Jira i Confluence.
