Poszukujemy doświadczonego konsultanta, który chce rozwijać własny obszar biznesowy w ramach Antal. To rola dla osoby z silnym doświadczeniem sprzedażowym i doradczym, która potrafi samodzielnie budować portfel klientów i prowadzić procesy end-to-end.

Twoje zadania

  • samodzielne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów z sektora SSC/BPO
  • rozwój i zarządzanie portfelem klientów oraz relacjami na poziomie decyzyjnym
  • prowadzenie pełnego cyklu sprzedaży (od prospectingu po zamknięcie współpracy)
  • doradztwo strategiczne dla klientów w obszarze rekrutacji i rynku pracy
  • zarządzanie procesami rekrutacyjnymi oraz promowanie kandydatów
  • realizacja i przekraczanie celów biznesowych
  • identyfikowanie nowych możliwości rynkowych i udział w rozwoju sektora

Profil kandydata

  • doświadczenie w sprzedaży usług B2B i/lub rekrutacji (preferowany sektor SSC/BPO)
  • udokumentowane sukcesy w pozyskiwaniu klientów i budowaniu relacji biznesowych
  • umiejętność pracy z klientami na poziomie C-level
  • bardzo rozwinięte kompetencje negocjacyjne i sprzedażowe
  • wysoka samodzielność, proaktywność i orientacja na wynik
  • bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i zarządzanie pipeline’em
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2/C1)
