Do zespołu SSC/BPO w Antal poszukujemy osoby, która chce rozwijać się w obszarze business developmentu i doradztwa rekrutacyjnego. To idealna rola dla osób z doświadczeniem sprzedażowym, które chcą budować relacje z klientami i rozwijać swoje kompetencje w środowisku doradczym.

Twoje zadania

  • aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów (prospecting, cold calling, networking)
  • budowanie i rozwijanie relacji biznesowych z klientami
  • wsparcie w prowadzeniu procesów sprzedażowych (ofertowanie, negocjacje, finalizacja współpracy)
  • identyfikacja potrzeb klientów i proponowanie dopasowanych rozwiązań rekrutacyjnych
  • współpraca z zespołem rekrutacyjnym przy realizacji projektów
  • budowanie i zarządzanie pipeline’em sprzedażowym
  • monitorowanie rynku oraz działań konkurencji

Profil kandydata

  • doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B lub rekrutacji (mile widziany sektor SSC/BPO)
  • rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i relacyjne
  • podstawowe doświadczenie w prowadzeniu procesów sprzedażowych
  • samodzielność i nastawienie na realizację celów
  • dobra organizacja pracy
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2
