The posting

Our Client is an international sports brand with over twenty-five years on the market and a strong presence across multiple countries. Their products reach customers in more than forty markets, including Germany, the United States, Romania, Croatia, Qatar, Lithuania and Slovakia. The company creates apparel, footwear and sports accessories for active people, both professional athletes and everyday enthusiasts. Their approach is built on solid materials, modern technologies and well-designed products.

The brand actively supports sport at many levels, working with Olympic committees, sports associations and clubs in Poland and abroad. They partner with several national teams and athletics groups across Europe, sharing a belief that sport has the power to inspire, connect people and spark positive change.

We are now supporting them in the search for a Business Development Manager who will join the team responsible for international growth. The role comes with real responsibility and space to shape future projects.

You will focus on:

• identifying and developing new business opportunities in markets such as the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany and the Scandinavian countries • building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and partners • creating ideas and initiatives that help increase sales • monitoring market trends, competitors and customer expectations • working closely with marketing, sales and product teams to achieve shared goals

This role is a good fit for someone who:

• has at least three years of experience in business development within the sports sector (apparel, accessories or equipment) • knows how to build sustainable business relationships • works independently and feels comfortable taking ownership of results • speaks English at a business level (B2/C1)

If you enjoy working in a lively, international environment and want to contribute to the growth of a recognised sports brand, this opportunity could be the right match.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
