Business Development Manager – Wholesale | Sports Industry | Global Scope | Fashion

Are you passionate about sport and experienced in building international business partnerships?

We are supporting a well-established international sports company in the search for a Business Development Manager – Wholesale who will play a key role in driving international expansion across strategic markets.

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing wholesale partnerships, and contributing to the continued growth of a dynamic sports brand with a strong international presence.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing new wholesale business opportunities across international markets

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners

• Driving sales growth through proactive business development initiatives

• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute growth strategies

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in business development, wholesale sales, or commercial roles within the sports industry (sportswear, footwear, equipment, or accessories)

• Has a strong track record of building and developing business relationships internationally

• Is commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working independently

• Speaks fluent English (B2/C1 minimum)

• Is willing to travel internationally and develop partnerships across global markets
