Opis stanowiska

Poszukujemy Interim CFO do międzynarodowej firmy z sektora produkcyjno-handlowego zlokalizowanej w centralnej Polsce. Osoba na tym stanowisku wesprze organizację w transformacji finansowej, ze szczególnym naciskiem na wdrożenia i usprawnienia procesów w systemie SAP oraz rozwój funkcji controllingowych. Rola łączy zadania operacyjne i strategiczne i wymaga proaktywnego, "hands-on" podejścia. Horyzont czasowy projektu to minimum 4-6 miesięcy.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

  • Zarządzanie obszarem finansów: księgowość, controlling i raportowanie w środowisku międzynarodowym.
  • Optymalizacja i standaryzacja procesów finansowych opartych na SAP (szczególnie FI/CO, CO-PA).
  • Wsparcie lub prowadzenie wdrożeń i roll-outów SAP oraz usprawnień istniejących procesów.
  • Rozwój funkcji controllingu: budżetowanie, forecasting, analiza rentowności i KPI.
  • Wdrażanie i podnoszenie jakości raportowania zarządczego i grupowego.
  • Ścisła współpraca z centralą oraz kluczowymi interesariuszami międzynarodowymi.
  • Identyfikacja obszarów do optymalizacji kosztów i poprawy efektywności operacyjnej.
  • Zarządzanie lokalnym zespołem finansowym oraz koordynacja działań cross-funkcyjnych.
  • Wsparcie zarządu w podejmowaniu decyzji biznesowych w roli business partnera.
  • Zarządzanie zmianą i budowanie dojrzałości procesowej organizacji.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 15 lat doświadczenia w finansach, w tym kilkuletnie doświadczenie na stanowisku CFO / Finance Director / Interim CFO.
  • Doświadczenie w branży produkcyjno-handlowej lub logistycznej.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość SAP, w szczególności modułów FI/CO (wymagane).
  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w projektach transformacyjnych, we wdrożeniach lub optymalizacji procesów.
  • Silne kompetencje controllingowe i analityczne z naciskiem na praktyczną znajomość modeli kosztowych.
  • Doświadczenie w raportowaniu do międzynarodowych struktur; znajomość IFRS będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem i pracy w strukturze macierzowej.
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Proaktywne podejście, wysoka samodzielność i orientacja na rezultaty.
