Zakres obowiązków

  • Projektowanie i rozwój cloud-native platform architecture w środowisku Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Tworzenie skalowalnych guardrails i standardów dla środowisk multi-team i multi-environment.
  • Budowa reusable infrastructure umożliwiającej zespołom self-service provisioning.
  • Definiowanie i wdrażanie cloud governance – strategie IAM, organizational policies oraz policy-as-code.
  • Projektowanie wzorców architektonicznych dla zespołów developerskich korzystających z platformy.
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji architektonicznej oraz design docs.
  • Reprezentowanie decyzji technicznych w dyskusjach cross-teamowych oraz przed leadershipem.
  • Współtworzenie standardów dla infrastruktury, bezpieczeństwa i developer experience.

Wymagania

  • Bardzo dobra, praktyczna znajomość Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Doświadczenie produkcyjne z Kubernetes (networking, security, tenancy, lifecycle management).
  • Zaawansowana znajomość Terraform – w tym tworzenie modułów (module authoring).
  • Solidne podstawy networkingu: projektowanie VPC, CIDR planning, DNS, hybrid connectivity.
  • Doświadczenie pracy w środowiskach z wymaganiami compliance (SOC2, PCI-DSS lub podobne).
  • Praktyczna znajomość GitOps i powiązanych narzędzi.
  • Doświadczenie z narzędziami observability (metrics, structured logging, tracing).
  • Umiejętność tworzenia dokumentacji technicznej i komunikowania decyzji architektonicznych.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu cloud foundations dla całych organizacji, a nie tylko pojedynczych projektów.
  • Podejście do infrastruktury jako produktu (SLO, developer experience, platform adoption).
  • Budowanie wzorców architektonicznych i platformowych używanych przez wiele zespołów.
  • Umiejętność budowania konsensusu technicznego pomiędzy zespołami.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w zespołach Platform / Cloud / Infrastructure.
