Key responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders in ERP and SAP systems.
- Monitor order execution and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer and order-related data.
- Handle inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, product availability, and documentation.
- Coordinate returns, claims, and credit note processes.
- Support customers in using online ordering platforms and e-commerce tools.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, internal procedures, and SLA requirements.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience through email and phone communication.
What we're looking for
- Fluent Dutch language skills.
- Good command of English for everyday business communication.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Order-to-Cash, Sales Support, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or SAP systems will be considered a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an international team.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
