Na tym stanowisku będziesz pełnić istotną rolę w zarządzaniu technologiami bezpieczeństwa, w szczególności w obszarze Data Loss Prevention (DLP), infrastruktury bezpieczeństwa oraz zarządzania podatnościami.

Będziesz współpracować z zespołami IT, biznesem oraz interesariuszami na całym świecie, dbając o zgodność z politykami bezpieczeństwa oraz skuteczne ograniczanie ryzyka.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Wspieranie realizacji strategii cyberbezpieczeństwa i IT
  • Wdrażanie oraz utrzymanie narzędzi i mechanizmów kontroli bezpieczeństwa (szczególnie DLP)
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z globalnymi standardami bezpieczeństwa informacji
  • Współpraca z zespołami technologicznymi, biznesowymi oraz audytem
  • Prowadzenie spotkań i governance w obszarze DLP
  • Analiza ryzyk oraz wdrażanie rozwiązań ograniczających zagrożenia
  • Udział w audytach wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych oraz współpraca z regulatorami
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji oraz zarządzanie zadaniami (np. w środowisku Agile)
  • Budowanie relacji ze stakeholderami na poziomie lokalnym i globalnym
  • Wsparcie zespołu oraz rozwój kompetencji w obszarze bezpieczeństwa

Wymagania

  • Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami DLP (mile widziane minimum 2 z: Symantec DLP, McAfee CASB, Microsoft Information Protection)
  • Znajomość zarządzania politykami DLP oraz klasyfikacją danych
  • Doświadczenie z rozwiązaniami CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker)
  • Umiejętność pracy z dokumentacją i narzędziami typu Jira, Confluence
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z audytem, regulatorami lub zespołami kontroli (2nd line of defense)
  • Silne umiejętności komunikacyjne i zarządzania interesariuszami
  • Umiejętność podejmowania decyzji biznesowych w oparciu o analizę ryzyka
  • Wykształcenie wyższe w obszarze IT, cyberbezpieczeństwa lub pokrewne (lub równoważne doświadczenie)

  • Doświadczenie w pracy w sektorze finansowym lub regulowanym
