Dla naszego Klienta, do zespołu Data & AI poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Data Analytics Consultant, która będzie odpowiedzialna za analizę dużych wolumenów danych pochodzących z wielu systemów – m.in. kampanii marketingowych, produktów, zachowań klientów, sprzedaży oraz procesów logistycznych.

Na co dzień będziesz:

  • Wspierać interesariuszy biznesowych w podejmowaniu decyzji opartych na danych
  • Współpracować z różnymi działami i liniami biznesowymi organizacji
  • Zbierać wymagania biznesowe oraz analizować dane z wielu źródeł (w tym dane czasu rzeczywistego)
  • Przygotowywać analizy, insighty oraz rekomendacje dla kluczowych obszarów biznesowych
  • Projektować, rozwijać i optymalizować modele danych wspierające skalowalne analizy i raportowanie
  • Pisać czytelny, utrzymywalny kod zgodny z najlepszymi praktykami oraz uczestniczyć w code review
  • Ściśle współpracować z Data Engineerami, Data Scientistami i Analitykami Biznesowymi
  • Tworzyć prototypy wizualizacji danych i koordynować ich rozwój

Technologie:

W pracy wykorzystasz m.in.: Apache Spark (Databricks), Python / PySpark, SQL, Kafka, Power BI, GitLab, Google, BigQuery, DBT

Wymagania:

Idealny kandydat / kandydatka posiada:

  • Min. 3 lata doświadczenia w pracy analitycznej z dużymi zbiorami danych (szczególnie w obszarach: marketing, logistyka, sprzedaż, customer analytics)
  • Doświadczenie w modelowaniu danych i projektowaniu złożonych rozwiązań analitycznych
  • Bardzo dobrą znajomość Python/PySpark oraz SQL
  • Umiejętność wyciągania wniosków biznesowych z danych i jasnego komunikowania rekomendacji
  • Znajomość zagadnień hurtowni danych, modelowania wymiarowego oraz procesów ETL/ELT
  • Umiejętność przekładania potrzeb biznesowych na modele danych
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z danymi w czasie rzeczywistym (backend i frontend)
  • Samodzielność, dobrą organizację pracy i umiejętność pracy nad kilkoma zadaniami równocześnie
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i zespołowe
  • Bardzo dobrą znajomość języka angielskiego

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy z Apache Spark na Databricks
  • Praca z chmurą (GCP, Azure lub AWS)
  • Znajomość narzędzi takich jak Airflow, DBT
  • Doświadczenie z narzędziami do wizualizacji danych (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
