Dla naszego Klienta – międzynarodowej organizacji technologicznej rozwijającej zaawansowane rozwiązania w obszarze data science – poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Data Scientist, która dołączy do zespołu pracującego nad modelami optymalizacyjnymi i analityką na dużą skalę.

Rola obejmuje pracę nad złożonymi problemami biznesowymi oraz rozwój modeli, które mają bezpośredni wpływ na efektywność operacyjną i podejmowanie decyzji.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Projektowanie i rozwój algorytmów optymalizacyjnych oraz systemów alokacji zasobów
  • Rozwiązywanie złożonych problemów z wieloma ograniczeniami i zależnościami
  • Wykorzystanie metod takich jak modelowanie grafowe, clustering, regresja oraz prognozowanie
  • Budowa modeli wspierających efektywność procesów i optymalizację kosztów
  • Wdrażanie rozwiązań do środowiska produkcyjnego (pełen cykl życia modeli)

Wymagania

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w obszarze Data Science / Machine Learning
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn lub podobne)
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z dużymi zbiorami danych
  • Solidne podstawy metod ML (regresja, clustering, forecasting itd.)
  • Umiejętność przekładania problemów biznesowych na rozwiązania analityczne

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w rozwiązywaniu problemów optymalizacyjnych (np. scheduling, operations research)
  • Znajomość podejść grafowych lub problemów sieciowych
  • Doświadczenie z modelami działającymi w środowisku produkcyjnym na dużą skalę
  • Praca z narzędziami Big Data i chmurą (PySpark, Databricks, AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
  • Znajomość MLOps / CI/CD
  • Znajomość technik optymalizacyjnych (programowanie liniowe, heurystyki)
  • Doświadczenie z frameworkami workflow (np. Kedro lub podobne)
