Dla naszego Klienta – międzynarodowej organizacji z sektora przemysłowo-handlowego – poszukujemy Senior Commercial Data Scientist na nowo utworzone stanowisko w obszarze Digital & Analytics. Rola powstaje w związku z dynamicznym rozwojem firmy. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie realnie wpływać na decyzje komercyjne, pricingowe oraz strategię sprzedaży w skali międzynarodowej.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Tworzenie i wdrażanie modeli predykcyjnych oraz algorytmów optymalizacyjnych (pricing, forecasting, marża, sprzedaż)
  • Analiza dużych zbiorów danych w celu identyfikacji trendów i możliwości wzrostu
  • Ścisła współpraca z zespołami komercyjnymi i finansowymi
  • Przekładanie potrzeb biznesowych na rozwiązania analityczne
  • Projektowanie i analiza testów A/B oraz eksperymentów
  • Budowa dashboardów i wizualizacji wspierających decyzje zarządcze
  • Udział w nowych projektach od pierwszych miesięcy współpracy
  • Rozwijanie standardów i najlepszych praktyk Data Science w organizacji

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (Data Science, Statystyka, Informatyka, Ekonomia lub pokrewne)
  • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze Data Science / Advanced Analytics
  • Doświadczenie w projektach o realnym wpływie biznesowym (mile widziane środowisko B2B)
  • Bardzo dobre kompetencje techniczne:
  • Python (lub R), SQL
  • Machine Learning (np. scikit-learn, XGBoost)
  • BI i wizualizacja danych (Power BI, Tableau lub podobne)
  • Umiejętność pracy z interesariuszami biznesowymi
  • Analityczne myślenie, samodzielność, orientacja na cel
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Gotowość do podróży służbowych

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w branży produkcyjnej, przemysłowej lub budowlanej
  • Znajomość chmury (Azure) oraz hurtowni danych (np. Snowflake)
  • Doświadczenie w pricing science, modelach elastyczności cenowej, CLV
