Dla naszego klienta – międzynarodowej organizacji z obszaru e-commerce i technologii logistycznych – poszukujemy osób na stanowisko Data Scientist, które dołączą do zespołu rozwijającego zaawansowane rozwiązania personalizacyjne. Firma operuje na wielu rynkach europejskich i intensywnie rozwija swoje produkty w obszarze cyfrowym oraz data-driven.

Jako Data Scientist będziesz odpowiadać za tworzenie i rozwijanie rozwiązań opartych o dane, które wspierają strategię produktową i marketingową organizacji.

Twoje główne zadania:

  • Współpraca z zespołami biznesowymi i produktowymi w celu identyfikacji potrzeb i przekładania ich na rozwiązania data science
  • Projektowanie oraz wdrażanie modeli ML, rozwiązań GenAI oraz analiz wspierających podejmowanie decyzji
  • Współpraca z zespołami technologicznymi i Data & AI przy implementacji rozwiązań
  • Analiza dużych zbiorów danych i dostarczanie rekomendacji zwiększających efektywność działań marketingowych i produktowych
  • Prezentowanie wyników i wniosków interesariuszom biznesowym
  • Monitorowanie i utrzymanie wdrożonych rozwiązań

Rola obejmuje pełny cykl życia produktów data science – od identyfikacji problemu, przez analizę i modelowanie, po wdrożenie i utrzymanie.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (np. Data Science, Informatyka, Matematyka, Ekonometria)
  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia komercyjnego na stanowisku Data Scientist
  • Doświadczenie w analizie danych marketingowych lub produktowych będzie dodatkowym atutem

Kompetencje techniczne:

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość metod ML (np. klasyfikacja, regresja, clustering, systemy rekomendacyjne)
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z dużymi zbiorami danych
  • Programowanie w Pythonie oraz znajomość bibliotek (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch itp.)
  • Umiejętność pisania uporządkowanego i skalowalnego kodu
  • Znajomość technologii Big Data i chmur (np. PySpark, Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake)

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie z CI/CD dla rozwiązań data
  • Znajomość frameworków do budowy pipeline’ów (np. Kedro)
  • Praca z narzędziami CLI (bash/zsh)
