Zakres obowiązków

  • Analiza potrzeb biznesowych oraz projektowanie rozwiązań wspierających procesy organizacji.
  • Identyfikacja, mapowanie i optymalizacja procesów biznesowych.
  • Zarządzanie cyklem życia systemów biznesowych oraz aplikacji wykorzystywanych w organizacji.
  • Planowanie i realizacja projektów związanych z wdrożeniem, rozwojem oraz integracją systemów IT.
  • Przygotowywanie budżetów, wycen oraz kontrola kosztów realizowanych inicjatyw.
  • Koordynacja współpracy pomiędzy biznesem, zespołami IT oraz dostawcami zewnętrznymi.
  • Zarządzanie utrzymaniem, rozwojem i modyfikacjami istniejących rozwiązań.
  • Nadzór nad integracjami pomiędzy systemami oraz zapewnienie spójności danych.
  • Wsparcie procesów transformacji cyfrowej oraz doskonalenia środowiska aplikacyjnego.
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentacji, analiz oraz rekomendacji dla interesariuszy biznesowych.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu systemami biznesowymi, aplikacjami lub projektami IT.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z biznesem oraz zbieraniu i analizie wymagań.
  • Znajomość systemów klasy ERP i/lub CRM.
  • Dobra znajomość relacyjnych baz danych oraz SQL (MS SQL Server, T-SQL lub pokrewne technologie).
  • Doświadczenie w obszarze integracji systemów i danych.
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z: REST API, ETL, SSIS, CDC lub podobnymi rozwiązaniami integracyjnymi.
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia projektów oraz pracy z budżetem.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu dostawcami i interesariuszami.
  • Wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje komunikacyjne i organizacyjne.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w środowisku Microsoft 365.
  • Znajomość Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, IFS lub innych rozwiązań biznesowych.
  • Doświadczenie w mapowaniu procesów (BPMN, UML).
  • Znajomość narzędzi raportowych i analitycznych (Power BI, SSRS itp.).
  • Certyfikaty z zakresu zarządzania projektami lub ładu IT (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT).
