To rola łącząca zarządzanie zespołami developerskimi, rozwój oprogramowania oraz współpracę z biznesem przy realizacji strategicznych inicjatyw.

Twoje zadania:

  • Zarządzanie zespołami odpowiedzialnymi za rozwój i utrzymanie systemów biznesowych.
  • Nadzór nad pełnym cyklem wytwarzania oprogramowania.
  • Definiowanie kierunków rozwoju aplikacji i architektury systemów.
  • Zarządzanie portfelem projektów rozwojowych i transformacyjnych.
  • Współpraca z biznesem w zakresie identyfikacji potrzeb i dostarczania rozwiązań technologicznych.
  • Budowanie kompetencji zespołu oraz rozwój kultury wysokiej jakości dostarczania oprogramowania.

Oczekujemy:

  • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku managerskim w obszarze Software Development, IT lub systemów biznesowych.
  • Doświadczenia w budowaniu i zarządzaniu zespołami developerskimi.
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości procesów tworzenia, wdrażania i utrzymania oprogramowania.
  • Znajomości zagadnień związanych z architekturą aplikacji, integracjami oraz nowoczesnymi metodykami wytwarzania oprogramowania.
  • Doświadczenia w prowadzeniu transformacji technologicznych i organizacyjnych.
  • Umiejętności łączenia perspektywy technologicznej z celami biznesowymi.
  • Języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2.
