Zadania

  • Kreowanie długofalowej wizji rozwoju technologii w organizacji i jej konsekwentna realizacja
  • Prowadzenie wieloobszarowych inicjatyw transformacyjnych w IT
  • Wdrażanie i rozwój kluczowych systemów wspierających działalność firmy (operacje, produkcja, sprzedaż)
  • Projektowanie architektury rozwiązań IT – aplikacji, infrastruktury i środowisk chmurowych
  • Budowa oraz rozwój zespołu IT dostosowanego do rosnącej skali organizacji
  • Zarządzanie budżetem oraz efektywnością kosztową obszaru technologii
  • Odpowiedzialność za współpracę z dostawcami oraz partnerami technologicznymi
  • Zapewnienie wysokiego poziomu bezpieczeństwa informacji i ciągłości działania systemów
  • Bliska współpraca z najwyższą kadrą zarządzającą oraz wsparcie decyzji biznesowych
  • Wprowadzanie standardów, procesów i mierników efektywności dla IT

Wymagania

  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku liderskim w IT w organizacji o złożonej strukturze
  • Udokumentowana praktyka w realizacji dużych inicjatyw wdrożeniowych (systemy, transformacje)
  • Znajomość realiów firm produkcyjnych lub przemysłowych (mile widziany sektor automotive)
  • Umiejętność budowania struktur i rozwijania kompetencji zespołów technologicznych
  • Praktyczne podejście do zarządzania projektami i rozwiązywania problemów
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu dostawcami i kontraktami IT
  • Umiejętność przełożenia technologii na realną wartość biznesową
  • Wysoki poziom decyzyjności, odpowiedzialności i orientacja na rezultat
  • Bardzo dobra komunikacja – zarówno techniczna, jak i biznesowa
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym pracę w środowisku międzynarodowym
