Dla naszego Klienta z branży FMCG poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Dyrektora/Dyrektorka Sprzedaży HoReCa, która będzie odpowiedzialna za rozwój sprzedaży w kanale HoReCa oraz budowanie długofalowych relacji z kluczowymi partnerami biznesowymi.

Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie zarządzać strategią sprzedaży w segmencie HoReCa (hotele, restauracje, catering), rozwijać współpracę z kluczowymi klientami oraz zarządzać zespołem sprzedażowym.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • tworzenie i realizacja strategii sprzedaży w kanale HoReCa
  • zarządzanie oraz rozwój zespołu sprzedaży (Sales Managerowie, Key Account Managerowie)
  • rozwój współpracy z kluczowymi klientami z sektora gastronomicznego, hotelowego oraz cateringowego
  • budowanie długofalowych relacji biznesowych z partnerami i dystrybutorami
  • prowadzenie negocjacji handlowych oraz zawieranie umów z kluczowymi klientami
  • identyfikowanie nowych możliwości biznesowych oraz rozwój kanałów sprzedaży
  • monitorowanie rynku, działań konkurencji oraz trendów w branży HoReCa
  • współpraca z działami marketingu, logistyki oraz operacji w celu optymalizacji działań sprzedażowych
  • przygotowywanie analiz, raportów sprzedażowych oraz prognoz biznesowych
  • realizacja założonych celów sprzedażowych i budżetowych

Wymagania:

  • minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku kierowniczym w sprzedaży w branży FMCG, w kanale Food Service / HoReCa
  • doświadczenie w kategorii produktów premium – mile widziane
  • doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem sprzedaży
  • bardzo dobra znajomość rynku gastronomicznego i hotelarskiego
  • rozwinięte umiejętności negocjacyjne i sprzedażowe
  • zdolność budowania i utrzymywania długofalowych relacji biznesowych
  • umiejętność analizy danych sprzedażowych i planowania strategii biznesowej
  • wysoki poziom samodzielności oraz orientacja na realizację celów
  • prawo jazdy kat. B
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2
