Dla naszego Klienta, rozwijającej się firmy produkcyjnej, poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Dyrektora Technicznego. Rola obejmuje kompleksową odpowiedzialność za rozwój technologiczny organizacji, wdrażanie nowych produktów, inwestycje w park maszynowy oraz automatyzację i optymalizację procesów produkcyjnych.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

  • Tworzenie i realizacja strategii rozwoju technologicznego organizacji.
  • Kompleksowy nadzór nad wdrażaniem nowych produktów, od koncepcji i prototypu po stabilną produkcję seryjną.
  • Odpowiedzialność za rozwój i optymalizację technologii oraz procesów produkcyjnych.
  • Identyfikacja potrzeb inwestycyjnych oraz przygotowywanie rekomendacji w zakresie CAPEX, TCO i ROI.
  • Prowadzenie projektów inwestycyjnych obejmujących dobór, zakup, wdrożenie i uruchomienie nowych maszyn oraz linii produkcyjnych.
  • Inicjowanie i realizacja projektów automatyzacji, cyfryzacji i Przemysłu 4.0.
  • Identyfikacja wąskich gardeł technologicznych oraz zwiększanie zdolności i efektywności procesów produkcyjnych.
  • Optymalizacja kosztów wytworzenia poprzez rozwój technologii, dobór materiałów i ograniczanie ich zużycia.
  • Zarządzanie zespołem technologii, rozwój kompetencji technicznych oraz budowanie standardów pracy.
  • Współpraca z produkcją, utrzymaniem ruchu, jakością, zakupami i obszarem komercyjnym w zakresie rozwoju produktów oraz procesów.

Wymagania

  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku Dyrektora Technicznego, Head of Engineering, Engineering Managera lub w podobnej roli w środowisku produkcyjnym.
  • Silne doświadczenie w rozwoju technologii i procesów produkcyjnych.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów inwestycyjnych i CAPEX, w tym uruchamianiu maszyn i linii produkcyjnych.
  • Doświadczenie w zakresie automatyzacji i optymalizacji procesów.
  • Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu nowych produktów do produkcji seryjnej.
  • Umiejętność oceny inwestycji pod kątem technicznym i biznesowym, w tym ROI i TCO.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu i rozwijaniu zespołów technicznych.
  • Umiejętność łączenia perspektywy technologicznej z kosztem, skalowalnością i efektywnością produkcji.
  • Silne kompetencje analityczne, projektowe i przywódcze oraz nastawienie na innowacje i ciągłe doskonalenie.
