Dla naszego Klienta, prestiżowej, globalnej firmy z obszaru doradztwa strategicznego, poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Executive Assistant. Dołączysz do międzynarodowego zespołu i staniesz się kluczowym wsparciem biznesowym dla Partnerów z biura w Niemczech. To doskonała okazja dla osób, które potrafią proaktywnie zarządzać czasem menedżerów na poziomie C-level i chcą pracować w wysoce profesjonalnym środowisku.

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Kompleksowe zarządzanie kalendarzami Partnerów (ustalanie priorytetów, organizacja spotkań, optymalizacja czasu).
  • Koordynacja międzynarodowych podróży służbowych oraz terminowe rozliczanie wydatków.
  • Bieżące zarządzanie skrzynkami mailowymi Partnerów, w tym bezpośrednia, profesjonalna komunikacja z kluczowymi klientami.
  • Praca w systemie CRM (Salesforce) – śledzenie aktywności sprzedażowych, dbanie o jakość bazy kontaktów i wprowadzanie notatek ze spotkań.
  • Wsparcie w procesach wewnętrznych/HR (np. planowanie rozmów ewaluacyjnych i sesji mentorskich dla zespołu).
  • Proaktywne identyfikowanie szans na spotkania z nowymi klientami i wsparcie Partnerów w budowaniu relacji biznesowych.

Nasze wymagania:

  • Biegła, profesjonalna znajomość języka niemieckiego oraz angielskiego (poziom min. C1) – warunek konieczny.
  • Solidne doświadczenie na stanowisku asystenckim (EA / PA) we wsparciu kadry zarządzającej w dynamicznym środowisku.
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i zmysł biznesowy (doświadczenie w kontakcie z klientami zewnętrznymi).
  • Świetna organizacja pracy własnej, wielozadaniowość i odporność na presję czasu.
  • Proaktywność, elastyczność i umiejętność samodzielnego radzenia sobie ze zmieniającymi się priorytetami.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Mile widziane:

  • Praktyczna znajomość obsługi systemów korporacyjnych: Salesforce, SAP oraz Concur.
