Produkty firmy wspierają inteligentne, bezpieczne i komfortowe zarządzanie przestrzenią zarówno w sektorze mieszkaniowym, jak i komercyjnym.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Rozwój sprzedaży oraz realizacja strategii biznesowej na rynkach Czech, Słowacji i Węgier.
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji z dystrybutorami oraz kluczowymi partnerami biznesowymi.
  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów i identyfikowanie możliwości rozwoju biznesu na powierzonych rynkach.
  • Prowadzenie negocjacji handlowych oraz przygotowywanie dopasowanych ofert biznesowych.
  • Realizacja założonych celów sprzedażowych i budżetowych.
  • Analiza rynku, monitorowanie trendów oraz działań konkurencji.
  • Ścisła współpraca z międzynarodowymi strukturami organizacji, zespołami technicznymi i działem marketingu.
  • Reprezentowanie firmy podczas międzynarodowych targów branżowych, konferencji oraz spotkań biznesowych.

Wymagania

Must have:

  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży eksportowej, rozwoju biznesu na rynkach międzynarodowych lub zarządzaniu kluczowymi klientami.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację biznesową.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka czeskiego lub słowackiego.
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne.
  • Samodzielność, inicjatywa oraz nastawienie na realizację celów biznesowych.
  • Gotowość do częstych podróży służbowych na terenie Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w branży technicznej, Smart Home, automatyki budynkowej, elektroniki użytkowej lub nowoczesnych technologii B2B.
