Osoba na tym stanowisku: Extrusion Technology Manager / Extrusion Technology Managerka będzie odpowiedzialna za nadzór nad procesami technologicznymi związanymi z ekstruzją gumy, optymalizację parametrów produkcyjnych oraz współpracę z zespołami produkcji, jakości i utrzymania ruchu. Stanowisko obejmuje zarządzanie cyklem rozwoju technologii w obrębie kilku lokalizacji oraz zapewnienie zgodności parametrów procesowych z wymaganiami klienta i wewnętrznymi standardami.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Opracowywanie i wdrażanie strategii procesów ekstruzji.
  • Standaryzację procesów produkcyjnych między zakładami.
  • Nadzór nad uruchamianiem nowych linii produkcyjnych i wdrażaniem nowych produktów.
  • Optymalizację wydajności, jakości oraz kosztów produkcji.
  • Zarządzanie zespołami inżynierów procesowych.
  • Rozwiązywanie krytycznych problemów technologicznych i jakościowych.
  • Współpracę z działami produkcji, jakości, R&D, zakupów i utrzymania ruchu.
  • Zarządzanie budżetem inwestycyjnym związanym z maszynami i technologią ekstruzji.
  • Wdrażanie programów ciągłego doskonalenia (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Szkolenie i rozwój kompetencji technicznych zespołów produkcyjnych.
  • Analizę wskaźników KPI dotyczących jakości, wydajności, odpadów i kosztów.
  • Nadzór nad zgodnością procesów z wymaganiami klientów i normami branżowymi

Oczekiwania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (preferowane kierunki: inżynieria materiałowa, inżynieria produkcji, mechanika lub pokrewne).
  • Minimum kilkuletnie doświadczenie w obszarze technologii wytłaczania lub pokrewnych procesów przemysłowych.
  • Znajomość maszyn wytłaczających oraz parametrów procesowych związanych z wytłaczaniem tworzyw lub materiałów podobnych.
  • Umiejętność analizy danych procesowych oraz stosowania narzędzi do identyfikacji i eliminacji problemów produkcyjnych.
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu dokumentacji technologicznej i przeprowadzaniu szkoleń technicznych.
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, umiejętność pracy wielozadaniowej oraz efektywnej komunikacji z różnymi zespołami.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym czytanie dokumentacji technicznej i komunikację z klientami/partnerami (jeżeli wymagane przez kontekst projektów).
