Dla naszego Klienta, międzynarodowej grupy kapitałowej, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Główna/y księgowa/y

To kluczowa rola w strukturze finansowej organizacji, odpowiedzialna za zarządzanie zespołem księgowym oraz zapewnienie poprawności raportowania finansowego dla spółek należących do grupy.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

  • odpowiedzialność za prowadzenie ksiąg rachunkowych zgodnie z Ustawą o Rachunkowości, oraz wymogami grupowymi
  • przygotowywanie jednostkowych sprawozdań finansowych na potrzeby raportowania grupowego i procesów konsolidacyjnych
  • koordynacja zamknięć miesięcznych, kwartalnych i rocznych
  • współpraca z pozostałymi działami operacyjnymi
  • współpraca z biegłymi rewidentami, audytorami oraz instytucjami zewnętrznymi
  • zapewnienie zgodności procesów księgowych z obowiązującymi regulacjami
  • udział w projektach transformacyjnych i usprawnianiu procesów finansowo-księgowych
  • wspieranie organizacji w obszarze zmian regulacyjnych, w tym KSeF i nowych wymogów raportowych

Wymagania

  • doświadczenie na stanowisku Chief Accountant, Head of Accounting lub w podobnej roli kierowniczej
  • minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w księgowości w strukturach grup kapitałowych
  • praktyczne doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu jednostkowych sprawozdań finansowych na potrzeby konsolidacji grupowej
  • bardzo dobra znajomość Ustawy o Rachunkowości
  • praktyczna znajomość IFRS/MSSF
  • doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem księgowym
  • doświadczenie w środowisku produkcyjnym mile widziane
  • znajomość procesów zamknięcia miesiąca, kwartału oraz roku
  • swobodna komunikacja w języku angielskim w obszarze raportowania finansowego (raportowanie do grupy)
