Nasz Klient to międzynarodowa firma produkcyjna działająca w branży systemów zabezpieczeń i rozwiązań dla stolarki okiennej oraz drzwiowej. W związku z dalszym rozwojem organizacji poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko:

Główny Specjalista ds. Celnych

Zakres obowiązków

  • Kompleksowa obsługa procesów celnych związanych z importem, eksportem oraz procedurami specjalnymi.
  • Nadzór nad prawidłowym przebiegiem procesów celnych i zgodnością działań z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa celnego oraz podatkowego.
  • Reprezentowanie firmy przed organami administracji celno-skarbowej w zakresie prowadzonych spraw.
  • Monitorowanie zmian w przepisach celnych i podatkowych oraz wdrażanie odpowiednich rozwiązań w organizacji.
  • Współpraca z centralą oraz jednostkami biznesowymi w zakresie tworzenia i optymalizacji procedur celnych.
  • Nadzór nad zabezpieczeniami celnymi oraz dokumentacją związaną z obrotem międzynarodowym.
  • Przygotowywanie i weryfikacja zgłoszeń celnych oraz dokumentacji importowo-eksportowej.
  • Wsparcie i doradztwo dla działów logistyki, zakupów oraz sprzedaży w zakresie zagadnień celnych.
  • Udział w kontrolach, audytach oraz projektach związanych z handlem międzynarodowym i compliance.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: logistyka, transport, handel międzynarodowy lub pokrewne.
  • Kilkuletnie doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze ceł, handlu międzynarodowego lub trade compliance.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość przepisów i procedur celnych w zakresie importu i eksportu.
  • Praktyczna znajomość systemów celnych oraz przygotowywania zgłoszeń celnych.
  • Dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego lub angielskiego umożliwiająca codzienną współpracę w środowisku międzynarodowym.
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, samodzielność oraz wysoka odpowiedzialność za realizowane zadania.
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność podejmowania decyzji w oparciu o obowiązujące regulacje.
  • Znajomość systemu SAP będzie dodatkowym atutem.
