  • Improve service health, automation, operational resilience, and runbook-driven incident response.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Vault in solution design and strategic programmes, providing technical guidance to project teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to align service delivery with requirements.
  • Support incident response, crisis call coordination, and out-of-hours incident or change activities when required.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise monitoring and alerting for Vault and related infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault, preferably in on-premises deployments.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with HashiCorp Terraform and infrastructure automation tooling.
  • Proven experience with release automation tools such as Ansible AAP and Jenkins.
  • Solid background in backend infrastructure management, including upgrades, remediation, configuration improvements, and troubleshooting design inefficiencies.
  • Experience managing crisis calls and delivering root cause analysis and remediation for complex incidents.
  • Practical experience designing enterprise-level monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, SCOM).
  • Familiarity with large-scale enterprise technologies and operating in Agile environments using Jira and Jira Service Desk.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with coding, scripting, and GitHub best practices.
  • Familiarity with audit and compliance processes related to secrets management and privileged access.
  • Experience with Scrum Master responsibilities or managing Jira boards.
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
  • Strong written communication, influencing, and technical report preparation skills.
  • Experience working in multicultural, distributed teams.

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to work on high-profile, strategic IAM and PAM initiatives across a large organisation.
  • Exposure to modern security, automation and monitoring technologies.
  • Flexible working model with a hybrid schedule aligned to the onsite requirement.
  • Supportive international engineering environment and collaboration with global teams.
  • Benefits package including Multisport Card and Luxmed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
