Poszukujemy doświadczonego lidera na stanowisko Head of Finance Transformation, który będzie odpowiadał za stworzenie i rozwój funkcji transformacji finansów w organizacji. Osoba na tym stanowisku poprowadzi strategiczne inicjatywy związane z wdrożeniem nowego systemu ERP, standaryzacją procesów oraz cyfryzacją obszaru finansów. W dalszej perspektywie będzie odpowiedzialna za proces ciągłego doskonalenia i wdrażanie inicjatyw cyfrowych poprzez wykorzystanie automatyzacji, sztucznej inteligencji i nowoczesnych technologii.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Opracowanie i realizacja strategii oraz roadmapy transformacji finansów.
  • Prowadzenie strumienia finansowego podczas wdrożenia nowego systemu ERP w wielu spółkach Grupy.
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie docelowych, zintegrowanych procesów finansowych zamiast odtwarzania obecnych rozwiązań.
  • Identyfikowanie obszarów do automatyzacji i wykorzystania rozwiązań AI w procesach finansowych.
  • Tworzenie koncepcji oraz rozwój inicjatywy Finance Digital Twin.
  • Zarządzanie projektami transformacyjnymi realizowanymi we współpracy z działami Finansów, IT i Biznesu.
  • Budowanie zaangażowania interesariuszy oraz skuteczne zarządzanie zmianą organizacyjną.
  • Tworzenie i rozwój zespołu odpowiedzialnego za transformację finansów oraz promowanie kultury ciągłego doskonalenia.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 8 lat doświadczenia w obszarze finansów, transformacji finansowej, konsultingu lub wdrożeń ERP.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość procesów finansowo-księgowych, rachunkowości oraz kontroli finansowej.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu złożonych projektów transformacyjnych oraz wdrożeń systemów ERP w środowisku wielopodmiotowym i międzynarodowym (preferowane).
  • Umiejętność projektowania i optymalizacji procesów biznesowych z wykorzystaniem Lean, Continuous Improvement lub Design Thinking.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy na styku biznesu i technologii.
  • Wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje przywódcze, komunikacyjne i strategiczne.
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z automatyzacją procesów, transformacją cyfrową oraz rozwiązaniami AI będzie dużym atutem.
  • Nastawienie na innowacje, kwestionowanie status quo oraz skuteczne wdrażanie zmian.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z zewnętrznymi podmiotami wdrożeniowymi, pełniąc rolę Project Managera.
