Dla naszego Klienta, firmy z branży FMCG, poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko HR Manager (m/f). To rola strategiczna i jednocześnie operacyjna, dla osoby, która chce realnie współtworzyć organizację, rozwijać procesy HR i mieć bezpośredni wpływ na jakość hiringu, performance oraz kulturę organizacyjną.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Budowanie i rozwijanie strategii talentowej oraz planu zatrudnienia.
  • Tworzenie i wdrażanie scorecardów, profili kompetencyjnych oraz standardu definiowania ról przez cele i rezultaty.
  • Prowadzenie i usprawnianie procesów rekrutacyjnych end-to-end (w tym direct search, screening, selection i closing).
  • Wdrożanie uporządkowanego procesu onboardingu.
  • Wspieranie menedżerów w obszarze zarządzania ludźmi, rozliczania wyników i podejmowania decyzji personalnych.
  • Budowanie i rozwijanie kultury organizacyjnej opartej na feedbacku i rozwijaniu kompetencji.
  • Monitorowanie kluczowych wskaźników HR (takich jak time to fill, quality of hire, retention czy skuteczność procesu rekrutacji).
  • Ścisła współpraca z CEO oraz menedżerami liniowymi przy priorytetyzacji potrzeb organizacji.
  • Odpowiedzialność na procesy kadr, płac, wynagrodzeń i benefitów.
  • Zarządzanie niewielkim zespołem HR.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze HR na kluczowych stanowiskach HRM, HRBP i pokrewne.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w organizacji produkcyjnej, handlowej lub scale-upowej.
  • Praktyka w direct search, ocenie kandydatów oraz prowadzeniu rozmów z menedżerami liniowymi.
  • Znajomość narzędzi takich jak scorecardy, structured interviews oraz model 30/60/90.
  • Umiejętność pracy na danych i KPI oraz wyciągania wniosków biznesowych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Znajomość prawa pracy będzie dodatkowym atutem.
