Production Support Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics / DevOps / SRE)

O roli

Poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Production Support Engineer, która będzie odpowiedzialna za utrzymanie i wsparcie systemów opartych o Microsoft Dynamics oraz inne rozwiązania technologiczne wykorzystywane globalnie. Jeśli lubisz analizować problemy, współpracować z zespołami technicznymi i dbać o stabilność systemów - ta rola jest dla Ciebie.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Zapewnienie wsparcia produkcyjnego dla systemów Microsoft Dynamics w środowisku globalnym
  • Analiza incydentów oraz współpraca z zespołem deweloperskim w celu ich rozwiązania
  • Zarządzanie incydentami oraz problemami (rola Problem Coordinator) z wykorzystaniem ServiceNow
  • Monitorowanie systemów, reagowanie na alerty i podejmowanie odpowiednich działań
  • Wsparcie procesów utrzymaniowych oraz wdrożeń (w tym prace poza standardowymi godzinami, np. w weekendy)
  • Współpraca z zespołami DevOps i SRE w zakresie usprawnień technicznych i procesowych

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie lub doświadczenie techniczne (IT lub pokrewne)
  • Umiejętność pracy zespołowej
  • Świadomość ryzyka (identyfikacja, kontrola i minimalizacja)
  • Dociekliwość i analityczne podejście do rozwiązywania problemów

Mile widziane

  • Znajomość: Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, Linux, Oracle lub innych baz danych
  • Doświadczenie w obszarze IT Support, DevOps, SRE lub pokrewnych
  • Praca z narzędziami typu ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku korporacyjnym (np. sektor bankowy)
